Muslims mock Western sanctions imposed on countries, belittling their effectiveness and insisting they have no real impact… yet when these sanctions are lifted, they celebrate as if freed from captivity and begin listing the devastating effects as if they were trapped by them all along. They deny the impact, then glorify it — depending on the moment’s mood.
Muslims perform religious rituals mechanically, repeating them without awareness, imbuing some practices with miraculous significance and promoting superstitions and inherited myths as sacred truths, while mocking others’ worship and rituals as primitive. They glorify their own, no matter how naïve, and despise others’, no matter how established.
Reports from Human Rights Watch (HRW) document cases of discrimination and persecution against religious minorities in countries like Egypt and Pakistan, reflecting a double standard in dealing with religious freedom.
Muslims in the West demand “halal” meat, ritual slaughter, halal water, and even halal nail polish — not out of concern for health or hygiene standards, but because it aligns with their particular interpretation of Sharia and satisfies their religious feelings. Meanwhile, back home, animals are slaughtered without oversight, spoiled meat is sold, and basic health standards are flagrantly ignored, justified by phrases like “God protects” or “If it’s destined, it won’t harm.”
Reports from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) confirm issues in meat quality control and traditional slaughtering methods that do not meet modern health standards.
Muslims interfere in others’ lives, imposing their troubled “culture” on the societies that host them. They demand Western women dress modestly to respect “their feelings,” yet show no respect for their own women or acknowledge societal diversity. They are offended when a girl eats ice cream on a European street, seeing it as a “threat to modesty,” and insist on removing ads and images from public places because they “arouse desires” — not due to moral concerns, but because they cannot control their own urges.
Academic research from universities such as Oxford and Harvard discusses tensions between the values of Muslim minorities in Europe and their attempts to impose these on host societies, leading to cultural clashes.
They claim the hijab is “a personal freedom,” but reality says otherwise: no man wears a hijab to express such “freedom,” nor does any woman freely remove and re-wear it in public. It is a culture imposed in the name of religion, a system of social pressure passed down, not a conscious personal choice. Even within Islam itself, there is no true consensus on it, yet it is presented as a settled matter.
A 2013 Pew Research Center study shows that a large percentage of Muslims in various countries support restrictions on freedom of expression and social freedoms, contradicting the slogans of “personal freedom” such as freedom to wear the hijab.
During Ramadan, Muslims demand that others refrain from eating in public out of respect for their fast, while failing to respect other religions’ rites or acknowledge their festivals, often mocking or even declaring others “unbelievers” because they are “not on the right religion.” They ask others to respect their religious feelings, while disregarding anyone else’s.
Muslims want to be treated as they please, not according to shared values. They demand respect without giving it, freedom without granting it to others. They turn their double standards into a yardstick and judge the world by it.
Social studies from Arab research institutes confirm a significant gap between official religious discourse and social reality, especially regarding women’s rights, anti-corruption efforts, and individual freedoms.
What Muslims suffer from is not just cognitive dissonance… but a complete collective split: they raise slogans of morality while practising its opposite, talk about faith while drowning in superficial religiosity, and present societal hypocrisy as moral identity.
